To Protect and Serve…

…the corporate elite.  If this is genuine, and there is no reason to believe it isn’t, things could be about to take a dramatic turn for the worse:

If all the idiots would pull every nickel out of Citi it would go down in a week. I pulled mine in 2008 and only keep a small amount in a locally owned county bank.

So Citi doesn’t mind having their customers arrested? Then their customers shouldn’t mind moving all their money.

    Good to see you!

Thanks B’Man. I agree wholeheartedly that people should pull all of their money out of the big corporate banks. I’d suggest keeping a little cash in locally owned/operated banks but putting any superfluous funds into gold. When the banks go down, those green pieces of paper won’t be worth very much.

GOOD! Important video evidence to have on hand.

Latest buzz in Metro Vancouver is the upcoming visit to Surrey, B.C. by War Criminal George W. Bush on 20 October, 2011.

A protest demonstration is set for that morning, with the aim of causing maximum embarrassment to The City of Surrey and to Sheraton Hotels for hosting Bush (and Clinton) at the Regional Economic Development Summit at the Surrey Sheraton Hotel.

The ideal outcome – promoted by Amnesty International and other organized human rights groups – would be to see Bush arrested and delivered to a law court to stand trial for war crimes and crimes against humanity. Realistically, that’s not going to happen, of course. But we can sure as hell raise a Big Stink to telegraph to Bush et al that they are held in contempt by the People.

Follow this issue at: (I hope to get video/audio at the demonstration too):

Keep us posted. The citizens’ arrest seems unlikely but it’d be nice to see a large enough crowd to embarrass both Bush and the corporate scoundrels that are hosting him.
